Just a quick reminder that this weekend the Library will be open from 10-6 on Saturday and Sunday, but will be closed on Bank Holiday Monday, 26th August.
Hopefully you'll find time to relax over the weekend, but if you have September exams looming, then you may find the Learnmore exam tips section I highlighted in a post a couple of years ago helpful.
This blog is for students studying and staff teaching on law and criminology courses at Birkbeck, University of London. Visit for the latest library news, tips on new resources, links to useful web sites and more.

Past exam papers
As today is the last day of term, and next term brings with it the delight of exams, I thought I'd draw attention to two parts of the Library web site that you may want to have a look at over the next couple of months.
Within the eLibrary section of the web site is a link to past exam papers. This is a useful place to go to discover the kinds of questions you may face. You can also use content to practise perfecting your exam technique.
Additionally, within the Study Skills section, there are details of books held within the Library on how to prepare effectively for exams, as well as links to useful web sites.
