Westlaw UK have just announced that between now and the end of April 2009 they will be adding the English Reports to their case content.
So now students will be able to access the Reports via Hein Online, Westlaw UK & Commonlii.

English Reports now freely available online
Last week saw the launch of free access to the English Reports online. These cover cases reported between 1220 and 1873, with the majority dating from the 19th Century. The reports can be searched either by date or by case name.
Birkbeck students also have access to the English Reports via Hein Online (select English Reports from below the Subscribed Libraries heading). On Hein the reports can be searched by case name, English Reports citation or Nominative citation as well as key word.
