This term's Institute newsletter includes a mention of the latest issue of the
Image of the IALS Student Law Review cover
IALS Student Law Review, this focuses on reforming the law on child protection. As the newsletter explains, it:
arose out of a workshop organised by the Sir William Dale Legislative Drafting Clinic on the mandatory reporting of child abuse held on 10 December 2013, which considered the necessity and the content of possible legislative intervention in the UK. The papers in this edition reflect and continue the debate at the workshop and are written by a wide range of professionals; academics, practising lawyers, child protection experts and law commissioners
Worth a look if you're studying Child Law, or are interested in the rights of the child.
