BBC Radio 4 In Touch episode talks about the problems encountered by some blind magistrates as they carry out their roles

In Touch is a weekly programme presenting news, views and information for blind and visually impaired people.

The 29th April episode featured a discussion with Ian Pearson, a blind court chairman, and Paul Millross, who has been serving on the bench for a year. They talk about some of the problems that still exist within the judicial system for some blind magistrates.

With thanks to Jonathan Thorpe for sending me the link to this programme.
