Legal Biography: A national socio-legal training day

On 15th May, the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies will be hosting a training day on Legal Biography with the aim of drawing attention to archives that those new to the field may not be aware of. The day will focus on the methodological considerations and problems involved in doing archival research for legal biographies.

Speakers include archivists, librarians and academics, with Les Moran of Birkbeck Law School talking about 'Whose biography? The challenge of researching the judicial image'.

For more information, including details of the event's cost, please visit the IALS web page.
