If you're a regular user of Westlaw, you may have noticed the recent appearance of additional icons when retrieving Acts & SIs. These are designed to show you at a glance whether a provision is in force, partially in force or not yet in force.
In addition, Westlaw have launched their Prospective Law service. This allows you to read provisions as they will look in the future, regardless of whether an in-force date has been set (use Advanced Search to access this option).
