Appeal Tracker added to LexisLibrary

Within Lexis, it is now possible to track cases which are appealable to the Civil Division of the Court of Appeal or to the Supreme Court. The Tracker will outline whether or not a case is being appealed, and if it is, at what stage the case is in the appeal process.
The easiest way to view the Tracker is by using CaseSearch (search for a specific case via Quick Find on the Lexis home page to retrieve CaseSearch results). The Tracker is present as an additional table at the bottom of the CaseSearch screen.
For an example of a case which has Appeal Tracker information, see: Brunel Motor Co v Revenue and Customs Comrs [2009] EWCA Civ 118

In fact, you can track civil appeals to the Court of Appeal on the Court Service's own website: http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/listing_calendar/search.do?search

And you can see whether or not permission has been given to appeal to the Supreme Court on the ICLR website: http://www.lawreports.co.uk/HouseofLords/decisionresults09.htm

Both are free, unlike LexisNexis
